1. Stay Present: Most of our fear about the future stems from what if” scenarios that may never happen. By staying grounded in the present moment, we can reduce anxiety about tomorrow. Mindfulness practices such as meditation or deep breathing, can help anchor you to the now.

2. Shift Your Focus: Whenever fear creeps in, redirect your thoughts to what could go right. Instead of imagining failure, picture success. This mental shift takes practice, but it can transform your outlook

3. Break it Down: Large, uncertain goals or challenges can feel overwhelming. Break them into smaller, manageable tasks. This gives you a sense of accomplishment and control as you work toward your future, step by step.

4. Take Action: Fear thrives in inaction. The more we delay, the more powerful our fears become Even a small step toward your goals can chip away at the anxiety of the unknown.

5. Reframe Failures: Fear of the future often ties to fear of
failure. But failures aren’t the end of the road; they’re stepping stones. Reframe them as lessons that guide you closer to success

6. Seek Support: You’re not alone in fearing the future. Talk to friends, family, or even a professional about your concerns. Sometimes just sharing your fears can lighten the emotional load.
